The principal, in partnership with the School Advisory Committee, establishes a plan of sub-committees to address areas of responsibility for the school. This committee addresses the following:

• Building a Christian community among teachers/staff, students and families.
• Long Range Planning
• Policy Formation
• Public Relations and Communication
• Marketing
• Development
• Academic Quality
• Recruiting new members for the SAC
• Informing school families about Public Policy issues such as the NYSED Budget(as it affects Catholic schools), educational Tax Credits and vouchers, etc.
